Sous Chef

THE PEPPER CLUB is seeking a SOUS CHEF to join our team. Great schedule, competitive pay and work with a great team! Must have at least 5 years experience as a sous chef / kitchen manager and a great attitude with the ability to learn and grow. The sous chef position is a hands on position, working alongside the team, with some administrative responsibilities. Looking for someone with high standards of quality and excellence that also has an understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines.
