Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead and support staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Manage scheduling, training, and staff development
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
Handle guest feedback with professionalism
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front and back of house
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
