We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pizza Shop Manager to join our team. As the manager, you will oversee all aspects of our pizza shop operations, including customer service, food preparation, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coordinate food preparation and ensure quality and consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures.
- Create and maintain employee schedules.
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with owner to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
