Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. · Earn between $60,000 to $80,000 annually (total compensation including profit share and bonus).
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Oversee the scheduling of staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Experience:
- Previous experience in kitchen management or hospitality management is required.
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
- Experience in banquet or food service management is a plus.
