Join our production team. We need someone who is FAST AND EFFICIENT at:
- Cutting meat
- Portioning meat
- Mixing meat by hand
- Operating the grinder
You also have to maintain a clean workstation/area at all times, help bag the finished product, help clean and setup the production room. Be scent free (perfume, cologne, smoke, BO/Breath, etc) because pets have a sensitive sense of smell and it can’t get onto the food.
At Fetching Foods everyone gives 100%. We cover for each-other. That means doing, not standing or talking. Setting and keeping the pace. If that’s not you, don’t apply.
This is a PART-TIME position, 21hrs/wk. The current schedule is Tues-Wed 9a-5:30p, Thursday 9-2p. Hours may vary slightly based on weekly work-load.
$16-18/hr to start, DOE. Possible increase after 3mo. PTO, Medical/Vision/Dental/Accident coverage, and other benefits after 90 days. Details discussed during the interview.
Payday is weekly (Fridays), direct deposit only, must have smart phone access for clock-in/out, AND a bank account.

- Excellent knife skills and knife safety (very important!)
- Demonstrate expertise: attention to detail, insist on quality and perfection
- Keep work-area spotless, neat, and orderly
- Work on your feet, standing for most or all of the shift
- Understand and practice raw meat handling, cross-contamination prevention
- Take constructive criticism and use it to improve
- Move fast, efficiently, multi-task, show initiative, work as a team - Lift, push, pull up to 60lbs; you need to be strong with endurance - Read, write, speak some English
- Be on time and dependable
