High volume, fast pace restaurant is looking for a prep cook to join our team.
Must have open availability, all shifts, all days.
This is a day shift position
Prep kitchen experience required
Basic knife skills
Follow receipes and product directions for preparing all food items
Measures and mixes ingredients, washes, peels, cuts and shreds fruits and vegetables
Stocks, dates, rotates and check product temperatures
Operate a variety of kitchen equipment
Comprehension of the English language written and oral
Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation practices
Valid SNHD Food Handler card
Reliable transportation
Friendly appearance and outgoing disposition
Ability to multi-task under pressure
This position in located within Harry Reid International Airport. Due to security restrictions and regulations, a TSA threat assessment, FBI back ground check and a drug test will be administered. Applicants must be able to attend security class and pass a written test in English with 100%.
