Hiring a part-time personal chef to prepare simple, healthy, flavorful meals 1-2 days per week at a private home in Las Vegas. It will start as 1 day/week to start and if things go well, turn into 2 days a week after about a month.
What You’ll Do:
Prep and portion meals for 2 full days: 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, 2 snacks.
Meals must align with specific macro and fiber targets (guidance provided).
Portion meals into provided containers.
Assist with grocery shopping at first; later transition to Instacart/Amazon Prime orders.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety standards.
Schedule:
1 day per week to start, eventually a 2nd day will be added (Mondays preferred, but flexible)
Estimated 5–7 hours per day
Requirements:
Professional culinary experience (private chef, restaurant, or meal prep background)
Highly organized, clean, and efficient
Strong communication skills and flexibility
Reliable transportation for occasional store trips
Other Notes:
Meals must be fridge-friendly, microwave- or pan-reheatable.
No reheated fish (fresh fish handled separately).
