We are a fast-growing cleaning service with new contracts in the Las Vegas area, and we’re currently hiring Overnight Kitchen Cleaners to join our team! If you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and want to be part of a reliable and supportive crew, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Deep clean restaurant kitchens and back-of-house areas during overnight hours
Wash, degrease, and scrub kitchen floors, mats, and drains
Clean and sanitize exhaust hoods, vents, stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment
Sanitize all stainless steel surfaces including counters, shelves, and prep tables
Empty trash, clean garbage disposals, grease traps, and other utility areas
Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning tools safely and efficiently
Operate buffer machines and perform floor stripping and waxing as needed
Follow all cleaning protocols and safety procedures
Report any unsafe conditions, broken equipment, or issues to supervisor
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work independently or as part of a team to meet nightly cleaning expectations
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be available for overnight shifts (generally between 10 PM – 7 AM)
Able to work weekends and holidays
Able to follow directions and complete tasks independently
Comfortable working in commercial kitchen environments
Reliable transportation to and from job sites around Las Vegas
Experience with buffer machines, floor stripping, and waxing is highly preferred
Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required – we will train the right person!
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to perform tasks involving repetitive movement, bending, reaching, kneeling, and standing for long periods
Comfortable working in hot, humid, and sometimes noisy environments
