Winnie & Ethel's Downtown Diner in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Bartender to join our team 4 - 5 shifts weekly from 8 am - 9 pm daily. We are located in downtown Las Vegas at the Huntridge Shopping Center, 1130 E Charleston Blvd 140.

BARTENDER’S MISSION:
Craft high-quality drinks and deliver a welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back for more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Mix and serve beverages to guests and servers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar
Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to safety protocols
Handle cash and POS system transactions
Restock inventory and maintain par levels
QUALIFICATIONS
21+ years old
1+ year bartending experience preferred
Current SNHD Food Handler and TAM card required
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
Friendly, confident, and service-driven personality
