Winnie & Ethel's Downtown Diner in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced busser to join our team 5 shifts weekly from 8 - 2:30 pm daily Monday - Friday. We are located in downtown Las Vegas at the Huntridge Shopping Center, 1130 E Charleston Blvd 140. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, hard-working, dependable and fun. The starting pay for this position is $12/hr + tip share equal to 10% of daily net sales.

BUSSER’S MISSION:
As a BUSSER, your mission is to keep the dining room sparkling clean, bussing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently, and tidying up the overall dining area throughout each shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently and tactfully pre-bus tables while diners are still dinin
Remove soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware
Wipe down and sanitize tables
Set tables with clean napkins and silverware
Alert host to bussed and/or reset tables
Polish glassware and silverware
Clean menus
Clean and store dining room furniture
Sweep and mop floors
Refill condiment dispensers during service as needed
Keep restrooms clean and well-maintained during service
Alert servers to guests needs as observed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Stand and walk for 4 - 6 hours with minimal breaks
Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Regularly lift up to 20 lbs
Must be physically able to bend, kneel, and pick up debris from the floor and wipe tables and dining room furniture
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year experience as a Busser in a reputable, high-volume, full-service restaurant; +1 year preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment fulfilling responsibilities with minimal oversight or direction
Must have a current SNHD Food Handler card.
Must be able to accept direct deposit payment payment.
Legal right to work in the United States and conversational English required.
