PIZZA COOK
Required skills:
- 1-2 years of similar experience in a professional kitchen
- Hand Toss experience with pizza dough if looking to fill pizza cook position
- A desire to learn, grow, and pitch in; a "no job is too small" attitude
- Punctuality, cleanliness, efficiency, and attention to detail
Nights and weekends are a must
COOK
Have excellent knife skills.
Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen.
Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
Support their fellow cooks.
Be punctual and willing to learn. Applicants must have 1+ years Restaurant experience. Our philosophy is to provide exceptional cuisine, hospitality and grow together!
