Serving food and drinks to guests. Preparing all drinks for the restaurant.
Menu knowledge: Being knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and drink list
Cleaning: Keeping the work area clean and tidy, including washing glasses and barware
Safety: Following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and adhering to proper alcohol handling procedures
Inventory: Ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
Payment: Accepting payments and operating the cash register.
