Night Manager/Open Manager
As Manager, you'll be the key player in ensuring the late-night operations are efficient, our team is motivated, and our customers leave satisfied. You'll oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, from managing staff and ensuring food quality to handling customer inquiries and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and motivating the night crew to deliver excellent service.
Overseeing food preparation and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Managing cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
Handling customer service inquiries and resolving any issues.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Opening or closing the restaurant as needed.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work late-night hours, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with food safety regulations.
Team member
As a Team Member, you'll be the heart of our operation, interacting with our awesome customers and ensuring they have a fantastic Makai Grill experience. Whether you're greeting guests, preparing tasty dishes, or keeping things sparkling clean, you'll play a vital role in our team.
What you'll be doing:
Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Taking and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Operating the POS system and handling payments.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Assisting with food preparation and ensuring quality standards.
Following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Being a team player and supporting your fellow 'ohana' members.
Bringing your positive energy to every shift!
