We are seeking skilled Line Cook's and Round Cook's to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook/Round Cook or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
