LINE COOK DESCRIPTION:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to bring our menu to life and support our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards

- Ensure quality, presentation, and timeliness of food service

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of Italian & European cuisine is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset

-Cooking Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

-Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

-Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures

-Self-motivated and able to communicate with management

-Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

PIZZA COOK DESCRIPTION:

We're seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Cook to crafts our signature pizzas and support our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to our recipes

- Cook pizzas to order with precision and care

- Ensure consistency and high quality in every pizza served

- Maintain a clean and organized pizza station

- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role

- Knowledge of Italian-style pizza making is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Strong attention to detail and food presentation

-Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

-Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures

-Self-motivated and able to communicate with management

-Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

-Health Card (Local SNHD) or Serve Safe

Competitive Pay: Depends on experience

Location: 9320 Sun City Blvd, Unit 101, Las Vegas, NV 89134

Hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 3pm-9pm (Lunch Coming Soon)
