Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
1-2 years experience with hand tossed Pizza
Proficient in dough mixing & hand-stretching dough.
Ability to keep up with fast pace work environment
Ensures proper food quality, appearance, and ensures that the work area is kept clean.
Produces products for restaurant & other delivery channels
Follows and has working knowledge of proper food handling procedures and SNHD regulations.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, for extended periods of time (8 hours+).
Must be able to regularly and safely lift and move boxes, supplies, and materials weighing 25 lbs. or more
Oversees the staff, ensuring adequate coverage.
Ensures inventory control, supplies and proper use of equipment.
Assist GM and with ordering, inventory and store accounting paperwork, etc.
Act in accordance with company policies, restaurant specifications and food/beverage regulations.
Ability to work a 40-50 hours week
