Looking to fill the position of Kitchen Manager at a Gaming Bar—someone who can take charge and handle the following key responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all food preparation and ensure that quality, consistency, and presentation meet or exceed company standards.
Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to maintain food cost efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure the kitchen operates in full compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and update menu offerings, aligning with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
Problem Solving: Address operational challenges promptly, including equipment issues, staff conflicts, and service disruptions.
