```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our Matiki family. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled island style plat lunch dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you have experience in food preparation, a passion for cooking, and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, we encourage you to apply.
```Duties```
- Prepare and cook menu items
- Operate charbroil grill other kitchen equipment
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards
- Monitor food inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in food service or a related role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
