We are a family owned business and looking for fast paced, talented, self motivated individuals who are reliable and hard working to join our team!
Shift Manager Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in the management of daily operations in the restaurant.
Oversees the staff, ensuring adequate coverage.
Ensures inventory control, supplies and proper use of equipment.
Provides and maintain product quality and guest satisfaction
Lead and direct the team.
Assist GM and with ordering, inventory and store accounting paperwork, etc.
Act in accordance with company policies, restaurant specifications and food/beverage regulations.
Complete weekly and daily tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and running a clean and fun shift while meeting overall store goals.
Adhere and Maintain all health department guidelines set by the SNHD
Requirements:
Ability to work a 40-50 hours week
Ability to handle fast-paced and high volume situations in the store
Organize and establish priorities in-store with minimal supervision
Willing to coach and provide feed back to team members
Competitive pay based on experience Plus Tips (Tips paid daily)
Weekly pay!
