Maxie's Las Vegas on the Strip is searching for Dishwashers. To maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, glassware, and utensils, as well as cleaning the dishwashing area and assisting with other kitchen tasks.

Core Responsibilities:
Dishwashing:
Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans, both by hand and using dishwashing machines.
Loading and unloading dishwashers.
Sorting and stacking clean dishes and glassware.
Ensuring proper storage of clean items.
Kitchen Maintenance:
Maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area.
Cleaning and sanitizing dishwashing equipment, sinks, other kitchen surfaces and employee restroom.
Emptying trash and recycling bins.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Other Tasks:
Assisting with food preparation tasks as needed.
Bussing tables.
Restocking items in the kitchen.
Reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Cleaning cooking equipment, walls, floors, ceilings, vents and all areas of the restaurant, inside and out.
