We are a hospitality company that recently purchased the town of Nipton, California. Nipton is a historic desert resort that is growing into a very popular destination. We are currently in the process of building up our team and are looking for a cook for our cafe/saloon (The Whistle Stop Cafe/Saloon). Candidates must have experience running a very clean and organized kitchen! This is an hourly position and tips will also be included.
