Wynn Daylife & Nightlife Server Assistant/Marketing Model - 2025 Season

The Nightlife and Daylife Server Assistant / Marketing Model is responsible for assisting the Cocktail Server while providing superior customer service, serving beverages, food and amenities in all areas of the pool and nightclub. Service should be consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating.  All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards.Job Duties:Assisting Cocktail Server with serving beverages and food to guestsTransporting trays and serving food and beverages in all pool and nightclub areasMaintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County Health standardsResponsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service StandardsResponsible for the daily set up of the pool and service areas before the venue opensResponsible for the daily breakdown of the pool and service areas as the venue closesAssist guests with requests, offering appropriate alternatives and seeking assistance when necessaryConsistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional mannerManage multiple tables and tasks in an efficient and proactive mannerRecognize and acknowledge when guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicatedAbility to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basisEnsure daily/nightly opening and closing duties are completedAdhere to and enforce company specific safety and health department policies/proceduresReport any incidents or violations to managementFollow all designated emergency proceduresAttend required trainingsAssist other departments as necessaryMarketing and promoting pool and nightclub events both on property and on Social Media platformsMaintain social platforms as indicated by management and participate in marketing campaigns via social media
