Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking 4 highly skilled Casino Operations Trainers to join our casino gaming client's team. This role is pivotal in ensuring their clients operational needs are met through effective training and support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of casino operations, including cage, slot operations, and the software that supports these niche areas. As a Casino Operations Trainer, you will complete tasks such as conducting interview meetings with clients to understand their operational needs and design customized training curriculums. You will validate system deployments in customer labs, troubleshoot issues with software engineers, and provide ongoing support, including quality assurance tasks. Staying updated on best practices in the casino industry and applying this knowledge to training and support activities will be crucial.
