Position Summary:As a Fire Protection Stock Lister, you'll compile the various lists of materials needed by the shop for piping fabrication and loose materials/long lead items for purchasing.What you'll be doing:
Review applicable code and manuals to determine material requirements and design for projects. Pull cut sheets from manufacturer websites and identify materials needed for projects in order to produce material package documents which will include equipment data packages for submission.
Produce detailed material lists for multiple system types, including fabrication and loose material lists for PM/Purchasing on each sprinkler project assigned.
Create and/or utilizeWord/Excel documents for the listing process.
Partner with design, PM’s and Purchasing to provide required information and lists in a timely manner for each project’s schedule.

General knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
