From assisting our chefs to keeping the kitchen running smoothly, you'll be an essential part of our team, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that defines Fresco Italiano.DutiesEnsure all kitchenware, including dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, are thoroughly cleaned and properly stored.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by regularly sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing work areas and equipment.Dispose of trash and recyclables according to proper procedures.Rotate and organize stock to maintain freshness and proper inventory flow.Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.Care for and maintain kitchen smallwares, tools, and appliances.Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
