Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Recruiter in Las Vegas. The Recruiter will be responsible for the execution and administration of all human resource programs. This includes tasks related to compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. The Recruiter will also maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and contribute to various company-wide initiatives.Responsibilities: Administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave Handle disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations Manage performance and talent through productivity, recognition, and morale initiatives Stay updated with trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law Administer benefits, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees Maintain human resource information system (HRIS) records and compile reports from the database Champion HR programs and company-wide initiatives, such as employee engagement and recognition activities Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Manage confidential information effectively and responsiblyThis role requires skills in Benefit Functions, Employee Relations, UKG Ready, Recruiting, and Onboarding.Requirements Must have a solid understanding of Benefit Functions within a company Should be able to handle Employee Relations effectively Familiarity with UKG Ready software is essential Demonstrated experience in Recruiting is required Must have experience with Onboarding new employees Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Must have strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Prior experience in an HR role is desirable Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Must have strong problem-solving skills Should be able to work well in a team and independently.
