Working with our product managers, this role will establish marketing strategies, product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, and launch plans. This role must be capable of public speaking with the ability to develop product training and execute impactful product launches.Responsibilities: Align product releases for IGT’s Class III Premium, Core Stepper, and Core Video products Master and understand the assigned products to aid in customer demonstrations, shoot product videos, and answer product questions Collaborate with business line verticals such as product management, operations, and marketing to ensure the product is ready for launch to sales Create product training and sales release call slides for monthly sales meetings Develop and manage product training materials for trade shows Outline ideal product configurations and maximum win liabilities for all product releases Support the development of presentations, product tools, and customer touchpointsWe will train the right person with a strong aptitude to self-manage, has good presentation skills, demonstrates the ability to collaborate, and is an adaptive person.The successful candidate will have a strong interest in casino gaming and demonstrated aptitude in: Learning casino slot products Self-management, efficiently prioritizing projects, and being meticulous Developing interpersonal and presentation communication skills with the ability to easily convey key concepts Creating training and product support materials from scratchWork Location:This is a hybrid role based in our Las Vegas, NV office (onsite 2-3 days per week).Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated project/project management skills preferred Strong verbal and written communication competencies Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat skills, video filming, and video editing skills are a plus but not required Ability to travel once a monthKeys to Success Building collaborative relationships Decision making Drive results Foster innovation Personal energy Self-leadership#LI-CK1IGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $71,000-$165,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
