We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person. Need to have a different set of maintenance skills and be able to handle different tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and fixing,
- Minor drywall repairs
- Minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC knowledge
- facility Maintenance
-power washing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
-Worked with Swim Pools is a plus
Need valid drivers license and legal to work in the USA.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 7am -3pm or 8am -4pm
