What We're Looking For:
Active LVN/LPN License in the state of Nevada
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an LVN
Willingness to travel to family homes for physical exams
Your Key Responsibilities:
Establishing and nurturing trusting relationships with family members, providing them with support and encouragement
Traveling to family homes to conduct physical exams under the supervision of remote clinicians
Engaging in follow-up activities, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques, and setting goals with families and caregivers
