Works on resolving operations issues and tasks. Serves as an escalation point for more complex IT-related issues requiring more in-depth troubleshooting.Responsibilities:

Provides advanced troubleshooting support to local and remote employees for desktop hardware and software, including but not limited to, desktop computers, monitors, scanners, tablets, smartphones, televisions, and printers.

Provides IT support functions by building, imaging, profiling, and shipping workstation, mobile devices, and networking equipment for local and remote employees.

Documents procedures and resolutions for low to moderately complex issues for remediation by various IT teams.

Buildout and teardown of conference rooms, meeting coordination and/or training rooms.

Answers inbound phone calls and provides remote support and account assistance for company employees when required.

Coordinates with vendors and consultants in order to escalate low to moderately complex issues including printing & software concerns for all local and remote employees.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required.

3 years of Information Technology (IT) experience preferred.

Windows/macOS knowledge.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Strong staffing, development, and appraisal skills.

Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take prudent risks.

Ability to interact effectively at all levels.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.

Ability to be an effective member of project teams.

Excellent written documentation skills, including pictures and process.
