As the Inside Sales Representative - Account Management for our Moen brand, in conjunction with assigned Field Sales region, you will drive sales through project opportunity management to meet or exceed sales goals. The position is intended to be a developmental opportunity for progression to Field Sales.This remote position is based in the Las Vegas metro area. (The territory covers Nevada, Central, and Northern California)What you will be doing:Selling - Support revenue attainment for assigned field sales teamCross-Sell - Integrate with rep agencies to maximize cross-sell activities and customer share of spendLead generation - Leverage Moen lead sources to identify project leads in accordance with regional criteria.Pipeline Management - Manages project specific sales pipeline in coordination with field sales business development manager; ensures pipeline meets or exceeds target for assigned regionQuote Management - Develop and manage project quotations in coordination with field sales and customerOpportunity Management - Create, manage, and close assigned project opportunities; conducts pre and post-sale follow up on quotes (calls customer to ensure projected start date), reviews specifications, understands product needs, establishes job timelines, and makes alternative recommendations) in coordination with Moen field sales associates.Coordinate Fulfillment - Identify projects that require supply chain forecastingProficiently leverages Moen systems (SAP CRM, CJQ, QlikView) and Microsoft Office Suite.
