If you are an innovative HR professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for people development, we would love to hear from you.Provide operations management and supervisory staff with support and guidance on employee relation concerns through investigation and assisting with mediation efforts.Employee relations contact for day to day responsible for conflict resolution efforts.Working closely with leadership to manage and execute corrective actions and performance improvement plans.Overseeing the recruitment process, coordinating interview schedules, and managing the onboarding of new hires.The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring employee training and compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Assist as an intermediary between Regional HR Director and operationsEnsure Federal & State law compliance related to FMLA, Worker's Comp, OSHA, all other compliant related directives. Function as the “hands on” HR Manager for the Las Vegas project.Overseeing payroll compliance and managing departmental employee transitions.Conduct routine salary market studies for trends and budgeting.Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of open communication and inclusivity. Knowledge of employee benefit programs and employee compensation to assist employees during open enrollment and/or new hire processing.Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development to support the long-term goals of the company.Other duties as assigned
