Description We are in search of a Guest Services Coordinator for our hospitality industry operations in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests by coordinating various activities across sales, marketing, and guest services. This is a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage daily attendance and training schedules. Oversee sales rotations and update them as necessary. Facilitate guest check-in for sales presentations and assign appropriate team members. Handle all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate employees. Coordinate with various departments for premium services and reconcile them nightly. Manage the issuance of reimbursements for Taxi/Uber/Parking to internal and external guests. Collaborate with the Transportation Team for guest pick-up/drop-off services and delivery of collateral to various locations. Maintain inventory and stock of all kitchen supplies. Ensure the café and refreshment areas are clean and well-stocked at all times. Use basic office skills to perform administrative tasks efficiently and accurately. Requirements Possess relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest services role Proficient in basic office skills such as data entry, email correspondences, and handling phone calls Ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously Basic understanding of reservation systems and hotel operations Proactive problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and complaints effectively Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification, further education in hospitality or related field is a plus Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
