The Golf Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of golf operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests while maximizing the facility's profitability and efficiency to maintain the highest level of service standards at Wynn Las Vegas, the Manager will be knowledgeable of all job responsibilities of each position within the Golf Operations department. Most importantly, the Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Wynn Golf Club with a focus on guest experience, staff engagement, facility cleanliness, and operational excellence. Acts as the first visible leader on property, ensuring all supervisors deliver on service standards, cleanliness, and team performance.Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily golf operations, manages workload and priorities of team, ensuring Wynn’s core values and quality standards are metEnsures cleanliness and appearance for all golf operations facilities which include but are not limited to the Pro Shop, Locker Rooms, Golf Cart Staging area (front and back of house) and Warm-up areaResponsible for managing all levels of staff including Supervisors, Caddies, Locker Room Attendants, and Cart AttendantsSupervise and develop Golf Operations Supervisors including hiring, scheduling, assigning work, reviewing performance, and employee engagementManage operational accounting processes, including gratuity distribution, time clock punches, and payroll accuracyMust focus on main driver of employee engagement and guest satisfaction and coordinates with all levels of management to maintain the highest level of guest service standardsEnsure supervisors hold staff accountable for guest service, cleanliness, and professional appearanceProvide clear direction, establish goals, and monitor progressMaintain high visibility on property to guests and employees, addressing operational issues promptly and professionallyStay current with industry trends and implement best practices in golf operationsDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfactionEnsure staff is equipped with all tools to serve the guests’ needsEnforce compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsManage inventory, equipment, and supply levels for operational efficiencyDemonstrate problem negotiation, problem solving & decision-making skillsLead efforts to improve guest satisfaction and retention and address guest concerns promptly
