Identifies key drivers of successResponsible for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures; records and reportsMonitors all activities of the department to ensure that all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and controls property wide are enforcedCreates and administers departmental operating budget and financial controls. Bachelors degree in finance/accounting
5+ years of experience in Finance, specifically working for a large construction company/Sub/GC, commercial development, or hospitality development.
2+ years of experience, and working knowledge with Project Management Systems/Software
5+ years of experience with project cost controls, analysis, and reporting.
5+ years of experience managing, entering, and monitoring project budgets. null
