F&B Host Hostess Lead

DutiesGreet and seat guests in accordance with restaurant procedures.Supervise food servers and bus persons, check schedules, station maps, sign-in sheets and break sheets.Maintain general supervision of the dining room and assure that all guests are correctly served.Report all problems to management in a timely manner.Ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding guest service.Accept payment by cash, credit card, room charges and comp or credit line billings from food servers.Process all checks and transactions, pay out service tips, process server’s sales reports.Social skills as demonstrated by the ability to listen and respond to employee or management inquiries/concerns using a positive, clear speaking voice, answering questions and/or offering.Assistance giving accurate information regarding plans, policy or procedures within guidelines.Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information within hotel guidelines.
