We are looking for a highly organized, versatile and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.This is a full-time, in-person role working out of our Las Vegas, NV office. The ideal individual will report directly to the COO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant loves work independently on projects, from conception to completion, yet provide timely, proactive and frequent updates. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Oversee daily office processes, manage supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing office records and employee events.
Provide project and other support to the CEO and COO, including scheduling meetings, coordinating projects and taking ownership of various projects as needed
Manage vendor relationships with respect to office administration and HR
Assist with onsite recruitment as needed, coordinating cross-department calendars.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistantor Office Coordinator
Proficiency with Google Office Suite; comfortable with Google Sheets/ Excel.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Skilled multi-tasker with exceptional time management skills.
Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus
