This includes planning, development, reporting, and implementation of these programs in collaboration with the Programs team. The Education Specialist also assists with other operational functions of the Clubhouse and may serve as acting Clubhouse supervisor in the absence of the Clubhouse Director and Assistant Clubhouse Director.MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of experience in a Boys and Girls Club or similar organization working with youth in an education and/or art setting.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google suite of productivity applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, etc.).```{=html}```
- Ability to deal effectively with multi-age groups of children, small groups of children in activities and free play, and large groups of children in organized activities.```{=html}```
- Ability to meet deadlines with time constraints and handle multiple demands.```{=html}```
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.```{=html}```
- Ability to interact professionally with the public, families, Youth Development Professionals, and members.```{=html}```
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for the safety, well-being, and output of others.```{=html}```
