Important things to keep in mind:
For the first 4 weeks, attendance is mandatory for all scheduled training dates to remain in the program. The schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
Shift selections are not guaranteed and will be determined based off business needs. Shifts may not be determined until after cohort starts.
Internal candidates must interview and have accepted offers within 3 weeks of the cohort start date for which you are applying for.
Accelerate your nursing career by joining our Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses program! We invite registered nurses to apply for a unique opportunity to have didactic and clinical training by HealthTrust (a part of the HCA family).
Didactic training: introduces nurses to core curriculum and hospital initiatives in a classroom setting (4 to 6 weeks)

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
Candidates must have previous 1 year of acute care experience
Acquires required contact hours to maintain license
Must be licensed by the state of Nevada
Self-motivated and strong communication skills required
