Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas is redefining the membership club experience and is looking for a dynamic and creative Director of Marketing. This role reports to the Vice President & Head of Membership of Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas and works closely with the internal departments, external partners and Bond Hospitality to ensure streamlined execution of the marketing strategy and event programming of Zero Bond. The ideal candidate is well-organized and a creative thinker who can transform innovative ideas into actionable results.ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating, planning, and executing the overall marketing strategy and creative direction of Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas to communicate the venue’s identity and enhance member experience.Oversee the creation and execution of both pre-opening and post-opening marketing plans to position Zero Bond as the premier social experience in Las VegasAssist in the oversight and ideation of the development and maintenance of the venue’s brand identity across all touchpointsDesign and execute targeted campaigns to attract new members and increase retention with existing membersDevelop strategies for the membership team to tell the Zero Bond story to prospectsAssist in overseeing a digital marketing agency in charge of social media and content strategyAssist in overseeing a PR agency that handles public relations strategy.Assist in the oversight, ideation and execution of the programming strategy inside Zero BondDevelop and curate a compelling calendar of events and experiences to reflect the venue’s brandOversee the ideation and marketing of cultural events, curated dinners, private parties, networking events and pop-ups pre and post openingIdentify and manage strategic partnerships with luxury brands, personalities and partnersManage the marketing communication to members including app, SMS, and emailMonitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and members preferences to promote innovationMaintain an up-to-date awareness of pop culture and the evolving needs of potential and current membersManage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resourcesProvide regular reports on marketing performance and prepare executive-level presentationsDevelop communication strategies that foster a sense of community and engagementCoordinate with external vendors and various departments to ensure that all sponsorship deliverables are creatively and thoughtfully executedPerform additional duties as assigned by the department leader
