Director of Enterprise Data Systems Seeking a Director of Enterprise Data Platforms for a large well established Entertainment Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. Your role will be to develop and implement Cloud based enterprise data platforms with ability to implement data strategies, scale up data integration capabilities and optimize the data landscape.

Responsibilities

Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for the implementation of Azure based enterprise data technologies, including data ingestion, data integration, data engineering and data architecture.
Define and develop data integration capabilities for processes to include ETL, ELT, CDC, API, MSG, etc.
Lead the team to deploy various technologies including: Python, Spark, Data Bricks, ADF, ADLS.
Train and mentor team members within the Data Teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Master's degree preferred in Computer Science or related field
Several years of experience in delivering enterprise data based solutions in regulated industries
Familiar with a vast range of data technologies or languages
Experience in leading IT or Data teams with cross functional members, passionate about leadership
Strong experience within Cloud deployed environments, Azure is preferred
Gaming license is preferred but not required
