Purpose of the Role:Partners with the Private Access Membership team to proactively identify high value guests across various property management systems. Enables the Private Access team to deliver the ultimate guest experience. Focused on maintaining the highest level of data health and integrity; supporting Membership with reporting, data entry, cleanup, and profile maintenance to ensure smooth operations across departments.Responsibilities:Membership & ReportingConducting detailed and precise reviews of daily and weekly reports.Dynamically inviting new members per qualification criteria.Assist in maintaining Private Access guest portal.Responsible for ensuring adequate Private Access collateral supply.Create a seamless experience for guests during enrollment.Ensure all new Private Access guests are enrolled and collateral sent.Maintaining immaculate guest dossiers in Empower.Ensure that all guest preferences are accurately logged and consistent across systems.Extensive understanding of Private Access segmentation & definitions.Systems & ProcessesResponsible for accurate coding of all Private Access members.Support migration or integration efforts between systems, ensuring that all data is transferred accurately and consistently without loss of information.Documenting inconsistencies and implementing solutions that comply with company standards.Responsible for creation and maintenance of profiles of Private Access members in all source systems.Auditing existing profiles within all systems and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.Help maintain data security and compliance with the Wynn guest data protection policy.Respect and protect sensitive guest data, ensuring it is shared only with authorized personnel.Assist with ad hoc projects as directed, contributing to the smooth execution of daily operations.Behaviors & Skills:Extremely detailed oriented and process focused.Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Effective communication skills for interacting with various departments and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven self-management and project management skills.Understand the needs and attitudes of high value and UHNW individuals.Empathetic and attentive to guests’ needs.
