The Hotel Sales, Specialty Desk Agent is responsible for the administration of all Leisure and Convention hotel room reservations channeled through the Hotel Sales Department via HBSI and Passkey.  Responsible for the execution of and the input for these multi-sized Leisure and Convention group rooming lists/reservations along with all special billing instructions.  Liaison between the many related departments that include: Hotel Operations, Front Desk-Group Desk, Hotel Sales Staff, Revenue Management, Convention Services/External Meeting Planners as well as contracted Leisure partners and Leisure Market Staff/Managers.
