The Guest Service Agent is responsible for answering incoming calls and directing appropriately.Job Responsibilities:Documenting guest information on the reservation which may include in- house requests, billing inquiries and room maintenance callsProviding guests with various types of information regarding the property and its amenities/programsListening and document information accurately while on callsResponding positively in difficult situations in a high call volume environmentMaintaining a “can do” attitude and meeting individual and quality standards to achieve departmental/company performance goals
