The ADA Administrator serves as the Company’s central intake for employment matters relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), as amended, and requests for accommodation.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):Maintains a record of all disability and related accommodation matters and the resolution for each.Assists with the development and implementation of internal measures and/or report(s) which inform the Company of the status of ADA matters.Interfaces with the LOA Administrator to ensure accurate reporting of employees on ADA leave at any given time.Communicates directly with all levels of management to the status of accommodation requests and facilitates/administer the resolution of employee requests for accommodation.Must use sound judgment and personal initiativeMust maintain objectivityMust maintain confidentiality of personnel information according to the standards of the Privacy Act.
