Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, infant-loving, multitasking, and kind individual who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and prompt. The ideal candidate will be responsible and dependable, bringing positive energy to our infant room. As these babies count on you, only serious inquiries will be considered. The right candidate must be a team player who loves coming to work each day.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide loving and attentive care to infants
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive and cohesive team
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
Participate in ongoing professional development in early childhood education
Requirements:
Proven experience in child care, specifically with infants
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and handle the demands of a busy infant room
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children
Drama-free, as infants are sensitive to energy
Must be a team player
