Postsecondary School Seeks a Campus Controller/Business Officer
The position is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. Working knowledge of A/R and A/P required. MS Office experience required including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Quickbooks experience is a plus. This position requires a good deal of day-to-day office management tasks such as tracking and following up on student payment accounts, ordering supplies, tracking inventory, managing petty cash, bank deposits and reconciliations, etc.

Job duties include:
Supervise, organize, perform the billing, collection, deposit, disbursement and record maintenance of tuition and fees for student related funds; participate in the establishment of policies/procedures regarding the above activities.
Maintain accurate financial records to facilitate information flow between the Campus Controller's Office and the Financial Aid, Accounting, Enrollment Services, Academic and other offices throughout the school.
Prepare as needed weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports and basic analysis.
Manage the collections process, including but not limited to creating and monitoring A/R aging’s, sending collection letters, calling delinquent accounts, updating student accounts daily, and monitoring student’s financial responsibilities.
Job requirements:
Associate degree or higher preferred, not required.
Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23-$26 per hour ($47,840 to $54,080 annualized salary) depending on experience + Medical/Dental/Vision benefits + PTO + Matching 401k available. Good opportunity for advancement!
