General Responsibility
- Answer phone calls for parts availability, customer service related and trouble shooting.
- Manage assigned customers
- General office duties
- Team player
- Must be able use computer, Microsoft office and email , social media Teams etc.
- Knowledge in auto parts a plus
Qualifications
- Customer service experience or related
- Bilingual is a plus
- Written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Computer knowledge
