We have an opportunity for the right person to join our small but growing team! This person will provide excellent personalized service to our customers. The Customer Care Administrator (CCA) will be responsible for ensuring all daily inquiries from customers are handled; through routing to proper people for follow up, initiate quotations, manage incoming orders, and ensure shipments done on a timely basis. The administrator will also manage product support inquires, schedule installations and coordination with Deployment Manager, and manage resolution of issues. Great communication skills in English and Spanish preferred. Some travel required to key meetings. Experience using Hubspot, Quickbooks, and Google Workspace applications are essential to be considered for this position.
