Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM ; Sat 9am-1pm
We are seeking candidates who enjoy helping others and have a passion for providing customer service. Our Sales Representatives will complete a wide range of tasks including responding to questions, ensuring our customers have a streamline repair process from start to finish, completing sales transactions, and greeting each and every customer in a friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
Interacting with customers throughout the repair process with a great smile and positive attitude
Present and maintain a clean office environment for customers
Process payments from customers and insurance companies and post to corresponding repair order
Ensure invoice accuracy by reviewing they are posted to the correct account with the correct information
Be able to follow up with any tasks, assignments, projects or requests given by management
Maintain a “Right Now” mentality when handling extra tasks and throughout daily duties
Report any worker injuries to management and HR and ensure injured employee adheres to their work restrictions and attends any follow up appointments
Skill Set:
Experience working within a fast paced customer service environment
Ability to multitask multiple projects and assignments as needed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Very organized
Able to meet deadlines
Self-motivated and proactive
Willingness to take on more responsibilities as needed
Thorough, with strong attention to detail
Requirements:
Valid ID / drivers license
Required to come to work every day on time and present a professional image
Experience working within a fast paced customer service environment
